Refund and Returns Policy for Gapptopic

At Gapptopic, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your earrings for any reason, we offer a straightforward refund and return process to ensure your peace of mind.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The earrings must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
  2. The earrings must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  3. All tags, packaging, and receipts must be included with the return.

We do not accept returns on personalized, custom-made, or final sale items unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Support:
    Send an email to support@gapptopic.click with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item if it is damaged or defective.

  2. Return Authorization:
    Once your return request is reviewed, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.

  3. Packaging:
    Carefully package the earrings with all original packaging and accessories. Make sure to include the Return Authorization Number on the package.

  4. Shipping:
    Returns must be shipped to our designated return address at your cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items during the return shipment.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the exchange. You will need to return the original item and place a new order for the exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your earrings are received damaged or defective, we will offer a full refund or replacement. Please contact our customer support team immediately, and include photos of the damaged or defective product along with your order details.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are non-refundable or non-exchangeable:

  • Custom or personalized earrings
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Earrings that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery

Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the product is defective or the wrong item was shipped. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrectly shipped.

Late or Missing Refunds
